What's included in the Private Practice plan?
Private Practice plans start at $45/month. This includes practice management tools, team collaboration, and customizable practitioner seats. Perfect for licensed clinicians maintaining skills, learning new modalities, or preparing for specialized certifications.
Can institutions purchase Praxplay licenses in bulk?
Yes! We offer institutional licenses for universities and training programs that want to provide premium features, dedicated support, custom branding, and integration with learning management systems. Contact us for institutional pricing and to discuss your program's specific needs.
Is there really no limit on practice sessions for students?
Correct. Students can practice as many sessions as they want, with as many different AI clients as they want. There are no per-session fees or hard limits on your practice time. Use Praxplay as often as you need to build your confidence, subject to our Terms of Service.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. For Private Practice accounts, you can change your plan (including switching between monthly and annual billing, or adjusting practitioner seats) at any time. Changes are prorated and take effect immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) for Private Practice subscriptions. Institutional customers can also pay via invoice and purchase order.
Is there a refund policy?
Private Practice subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, and you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges (no refunds for partial billing periods).
Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations?
Yes. We offer discounted pricing for registered non-profit organizations, community mental health centers, and training clinics. Contact our sales team with your non-profit documentation to discuss available discounts.
