Praxplay Updates - July 1, 2026
New improvements designed to help learners practice, reflect, and build confidence before real conversations happen.

We’ve made several updates to Praxplay to make practice more realistic, easier to manage, and more useful across classrooms, supervision, training programs, and individual learning. These improvements are designed to help learners get more meaningful practice, while giving instructors and supervisors better tools to support reflection, review, and growth.
Product Updates
We’ve made several updates to Praxplay to make practice more realistic, easier to manage, and more useful for instructors, supervisors, and learners.
More Realistic Practice Conversations
We’re beginning to roll out an improved Persona Engine for select accounts. This update helps Praxplay create more consistent, realistic roleplay experiences so learners can practice with personas that respond in more believable and useful ways.

Easier Classroom and Group Activities
Instructors can now run live classroom events and real-time polls using QR-code join links. This makes it easier to bring Praxplay into class sessions, workshops, trainings, and group learning environments.
Improved Supervision Tools
We’ve added new supervisee views and supervisor tools to make it easier to oversee learner practice. Supervisors can better review student activity, support reflection, and connect practice sessions to supervision conversations.

Better Tasks, Reflections, and Reports
Tasks and reflections have been redesigned to make them easier to review and use. This update includes larger task windows, reviewer notes, printable reflections, and printable reports, giving learners and supervisors more flexibility in how they review and discuss practice.
More Reliable Account and Plan Management
We’ve improved billing and account behavior so plan usage updates more accurately when personas are deleted. This helps accounts stay cleaner and easier to manage.
These updates are part of our continued work to make Praxplay a stronger practice environment for real-world conversations. As always, our goal is to help learners move from understanding a concept to actually practicing it, reviewing their progress, and building confidence before the stakes are real.
